Remotec plastic purging agent was developed from special raw materials to speed up and make more efficient the cleaning, color and material change process in injection molding machines, blow molding machines and extruders. When mixed with the plastic resin and processed in the barrel, the expansion of the solution together with its solid particles removes material encrusted on the screw, barrel and even in the mold cavities. Thanks to this action, Remotec is able to significantly reduce machine setup time and the material spent on this process for color adjustment and material change.

HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD
Ask for the Instructions for Use sheet to determine the amount of material needed for the process. The product should be mixed with the resin that will be used in the next production batch. Wear protective gloves and goggles when handling the product.
