Implastec Mold Protector is specially developed for application to tools and molds, and has an excellent effect against corrosion/oxidation during storage. Implastec Mold Protector works by forming a thin film of protective wax and is easy to remove, so there is no need to clean the cavities before using the mold. Implastec Mold Protector is automatically removed after the first few injections. In order to provide greater security and control, we have the option of a blue Protective Wax, making it easier to identify and see where it has been applied.

Implastec Mold Protector is for universal use in injection, extrusion and blow molds, tools, dies, among others.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The aerosol should be applied at a distance of approximately 20cm from the mold in a circular motion until a protective film forms on the entire inside of the mold. Do not apply too much in order to facilitate the subsequent removal process.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Implastec Mould Protector should be stored in its original packaging, in a covered, dry and ventilated place, away from sources of heat or ignition and oxidizing products, at a maximum temperature of 50 °C. The aerosol can must not be punctured. The gas used as a propellant may be flammable. Disposal of aerosol containers is subject to specific legislation. Keep away from children, animals and unfit persons. Do not store the product inside a vehicle.
HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD
Wear a mask and goggles to protect against possible vapors and splashes. Use in a place with sufficient ventilation. Keep the bottle of Implastec Mold Protector upright at a distance of approximately 20 cm from the application site.
