Biotec Plus Grease

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Crawler tractor rollers, conveyor wagon bearings, mills in sugar and alcohol plants, chassis, chains, industrial conveyors, hydroelectric plant gates, harvester spindles, equipment that handles food products as long as there is no direct contact with them, shafts and bushings, dryer cylinder bearings and rolling and sliding bearings, gearboxes (open or closed), truck and bus wheel hubs, submerged steel cables, greenhouse ovens.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Biotec Plus biodegradable grease should be stored in a covered, clean, ventilated and humidity-free area. Contamination of the product during handling should be avoided by not leaving the lid open for long periods.

HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD

Surfaces should be cleaned with hydrocarbon-based solvents such as kerosene, hexane, isoparaffin, etc.

Application can be carried out using the method best suited to the process, such as brushes, pneumatic propellants, guns and pumps.

Always ensure that the product is not contaminated. Use lubrication procedures, avoiding excess grease in the bearings. As it is a non-toxic and biodegradable product, no other special care needs to be taken.
