Copper Grease (Anti Seize) - IGC 220

It acts to prevent the formation of oxides that can form on electrical connections, which contribute to the occurrence of short circuits, excessive heating and erosion of the contacts, which can lead to the generation of sparks and even cable breakage.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

It can be used to connect copper-copper, copper-aluminum, copper-steel, copper-brass conductors and to assemble mechanisms where there is a risk of sealing and warping between parts.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

It should be transported and stored in accordance with common practice with chemical products. Check the classification of this product before transporting it.

HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD

Surfaces should be cleaned with hydrocarbon-based solvents such as kerosene, hexane, isoparaffin, etc.

Application can be carried out using the method best suited to the process, such as brushes, pneumatic propellants, guns and pumps.

Lubrication intervals should be determined according to the working conditions.
