Thermal Silver - Thermal Paste

THERMAL SILVER Thermal Paste is formulated from the convenient additive of silicone modified with special, highly thermally conductive materials, giving this product superior heat dissipation performance. It fills all micro gaps between surfaces, eliminating trapped air and offering very low thermal resistance.

It is chemically inert, non-corrosive and non-toxic, as well as having excellent thermal stability, being able to operate at temperatures of up to 250ºC and, for short periods, temperatures of up to 300ºC without losing its main properties.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for use where there is a need for more efficient heat removal than ordinary thermal pastes, such as in CPUs, high-performance processors, heat-generating sources, thermocouples, resistors, semiconductor assemblies and other components.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

It should be transported and stored in accordance with common practice with chemical products. Check the classification of this product before transporting it.

HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD

Clean the surface with TS Cleaner or Implastec Isopropyl Alcohol. Apply Thermal Silver to the processor or component. Use a spatula to spread the product over the entire area in a thin layer.
