Dielectric Paste for Connectors

This product is used as a dielectric seal in electrical assemblies due to its high dielectric strength, excellent resistance to arcing and no dropping point. It is especially suitable for circuits where sparking can occur due to contamination by solid particles. Dielectric Paste for Electrical Connectors is chemically inert, non-corrosive, non-toxic and has excellent thermal stability.

‍MAINAPPLICATIONS

Dielectric sealing of circuits subject to sparking, electrical connections, plugs, polarized connectors, among other applications. Dielectric Paste for Electrical Connectors can be formulated to suit the most diverse applications.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Dielectric Connector Paste should be transported and stored in sealed packaging and in a clean, dry place, as is common practice with chemical products. Check the classification of this product before transporting it.

HANDLING AND APPLICATION METHOD

Surfaces should be cleaned with hydrocarbon-based solvents such as kerosene, hexane, isoparaffin, etc.

Application can be carried out using the method best suited to the process, such as brushes, pneumatic propellants, guns and pumps.

Lubrication intervals should be determined according to the working conditions.
